We strive to get your Studio Tails gear out the door as soon as possible. We work to process and ship orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. All services are provided by USPS. We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays.


When Will My Order Ship?

Orders will ship out within one to two business days. Please refer to your tracking number for an estimated arrival date.


How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.


How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout. Orders over $60 ship for free.


Where Does Studio Tails Ship?

Studio Tails ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.


How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. 


What Are Your Shipping Holidays?

Studio Tails will not ship on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

I Made A Mistake When Placing My Order. Can I Change/Cancel It?
